As always, we take great care in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our hotel, however, we have supplemented these normal procedures with additional COVID-19 cleanliness-specific guidance, training and information to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous:

  • Optional use of mask;
  • All our team members have received training on the new actions protocols; 
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas (including lobbies, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, and even room keys;
  • Extra disinfection of the most frequently touched guests room areas – light switches, door handles, TV remotes, thermostats and more;
  • We have removed from rooms all decorative and stationery items (such as pen, paper and guest directory – note that it will be provided in digital or available upon request);
  • In addition to our normal high standard, cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives have been increased, with particular attention paid to high-touch items;
  • We have improved guidelines for disinfecting the hotel Fitness Center and limiting the number of guests allowed in at one time;
  • We have implemented social distancing throughout the hotel; 
  • We will continue to adjust food and beverage service in accordance with current food safety recommendations;
  • We have increased the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitizers throughout the hotel;
  • Some services may be closed or have a different opening hours;
  • The hotel reserves the right to temporarily close any convenience or service due to adverse situations such as bad weather, maintenance and/or pandemic without incurring any compensation to the guest.
